2. Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Purchases & Payments

• Prices of digital products are displayed on the website and may change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, Cashfree).
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Delivery of Products

• Paid digital products (PDFs, templates, Word files, ai prompt ,soruce code, etc.) are delivered via digital download or made available in your user account after payment.
• Free resources may be accessed without payment, subject to availability.
• All files are provided in their listed format (e.g., .pdf, .docx, .xlsx). No format conversion is included unless explicitly stated.

5. Refund & Cancellation

• Refunds are not provided except in cases of defective, corrupted, or inaccessible files.
• Support Window: If you experience any issues related to a product, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase or access. We cannot provide technical assistance or resolve product-related disputes after this 24-hour window.

6. Intellectual Property

• All digital products (PDFs, templates, Word/Excel files), designs, content, and logos on Slipmitra are protected by copyright.
• Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal use only.
• Copying, modifying, distributing, reselling, or publicly sharing any file without written consent is strictly prohibited.
• Templates purchased may be edited for personal use but may not be resold or redistributed in original or modified form.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share or distribute purchased content.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Slipmitra services are provided on an "AS IS" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
• Illegal Activity Policy: If any publisher is found engaging in illegal activities, copyright infringement, or fraudulent behavior, we reserve the full right to permanently delete their account and all associated data without any refund of earnings or prior warning.
